Mars Yaşam Residence Kocaeli Chiller and Fan Coil Cleaning

In the Mars Yaşam and Office Areas project, one of Kocaeli’s prominent mixed-use developments, our comprehensive technical application works for the heating and cooling systems were successfully completed.

Within the scope of the project;

• All mechanical installation lines,
• Chiller, air handling unit, and VRF system connections,
• Pipelines, coils, and heat exchanger surfaces
• Pre-cleaning (pre-commissioning flushing) operations were meticulously carried out.

During this process, manufacturing residues, oil, sludge, and particle deposits within the system were removed using special chemicals and a controlled circulation method, ensuring maximum efficiency and safe operation before the initial commissioning of the system.

Following the pre-cleaning operations, the installation and equipment were placed under protection in order to ensure long service life and resistance against corrosion. Thanks to the applied inhibitor-based protection processes;

• The risk of corrosion was minimized,
• Energy efficiency was increased,
• Equipment life was extended,
• And operating costs were reduced.

All works were carried out in coordination with the relevant engineering team, in accordance with the project technical specifications and international mechanical installation standards.
