Successful Flushing Operation at Bağfaş Balıkesir

Bandırma Gübre Fabrikaları A.Ş. (Bağfaş), one of Türkiye’s leading chemical fertilizer manufacturers, preferred Kuvars Kimya due to the lime scale, sediment, and slag formations that accumulated over time in its high-sulfur combustion boilers, reducing plant performance and increasing fuel costs. The flushing pre-cleaning service carried out by our expert team was completed in a pleasant and efficient working environment with the contribution of German engineers.

Following the cleaning process, all necessary tests and analyses were performed on the systems, and the work was delivered after it was observed that the boilers had regained their original performance.
